Vítor is a lawyer with more than 6 years of experience in Public Law, having experience in various matters of Administrative Law.
Throughout his career, he advised and followed companies in national and international public tenders, having participated in the analysis of tender notices documents promoted in Africa (Angola) and Latin America (Brazil, Panama and Paraguay), in advising on management of administrative contracts and advising on Auctions, Concessions, Permissions and Public-Private Partnerships.
He also acts in the representation or monitoring of administrative proceedings before the Audit Courts (in Brazil and Angola), before the Federal Accountability Office and other control authorities, and in the representation in sanction administrative procedures and Public Civil Actions for Administrative Impropriety.
Finally, he has consulting and contentious experience related to Administrative Law issues, such as representation or monitoring in judicial measures related to Public Servants, public sector recruitment examinations, Third Sector, Expropriations, among others.
