His practice focuses on litigation and advisory labor law.
He has worked for more than 20 years in the area of Labor Justice, having experience in the defense of companies of all sizes, both national and foreign, from the most diverse sectors of the economy, in addition to being a lawyer for unions.
He is also active in collective bargaining, having represented several companies in collective bargaining agreements with the Ministry of Labor.
He has extensive experience in acting in Regional and Superior Courts, in the performance of appeals and oral arguments.
He acts in the procedural representation of international companies, being a lawyer for Angolan and Chinese companies in the defense of their interests in lawsuits that are pending in Brazil, especially related to expatriate workers.

Specialization in Labor Law and Procedure from Escola Superior de Magistratura Trabalhista (Higher School of Labor Magistrates).
